Megan S. Goddard's practice focuses on commercial litigation with an emphasis on real estate litigation. Ms. Goddard also regularly handles employment discrimination cases.
Ms. Goddard has litigated and advised clients in a wide variety of areas, including contracts, corporations, employment, compliance with various state and federal government entities, and trusts and estates. Ms. Goodard regularly appears in court to represent clients in a variety of industries, including real estate, finance, construction, retail and the garment industry.
Ms. Goddard received her B.A. in 1996 from the University of Missouri and her J.D. cum laude in 2003 from Tulane Law School, where she served as a member of the Tulane Law Review and worked as an assistant to renowned Property and Comparative Law professor A.N. Yiannopoulos.
Ms. Goddard is a member of the New York Bar, the New York County Bar Association and the Women's Bar Association. She is heavily involved in various philanthropic endeavors throughout New York City. Ms. Goddard serves as the Legal Advisory Member on the Board of the WGIRLSNYC, an organization that supports women and children's non-profit groups. Ms. Goddard is also a member of the Young Professional's Committee for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
