Sherry L. Dominick is the chair of the employee benefits and compensation practice group. Ms. Dominick advises clients on all aspects of qualified and non-qualified deferred compensation, executive compensation, health, welfare and fringe benefit planning, and flexible benefits planning for both taxable and tax-exempt employers. She is also experienced in negotiating the employee benefit aspects of mergers and acquisitions and in advising clients on the integration of acquired employees into the business and plans of the acquirer.
Ms. Dominick has lectured extensively in the field, including programs for the Connecticut Bar Association, The Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants, Wiggin & Dana's H.R. Circle, and for the Westchester/ Fairfield Corporate Counsel Association, Inc. She is a member of the Taxation Committees of the Connecticut and American Bar Associations, the ABA's Section on Employee Benefits, and a member of the Westchester/Fairfield Corporate Bar.
Ms. Dominick holds a B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Yale University, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and a J.D. degree from New York University School of Law.
