Marc E. Reisman oversees the firm's appellate practice, protecting the firm's jury verdicts obtained in trial. He also focuses his practice in the areas of catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death and civil rights law.
Upon graduation from law school, Marc clerked for the Honorable Alan E. Highers on the Tennessee Court of Appeals and the Honorable Paul G. Summers on the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals. During the first seven years of his practice Marc handled domestic relations and family law cases.
He is a member of the Memphis Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Marc is a former member of the American Inns of Court. He currently serves on the Fee Dispute Committee for the Memphis Bar Association and is an alternate on the Dispute Resolution Committee and the Judicial Evaluation Committee. He is the former chair of the Family Law Section. Marc serves as a volunteer mediator for Mediation and Restitution/Reconciliation Services (MARRS) and provides pro bono legal services as a volunteer for the Memphis Interfaith Association (MIFA).
