For the past 27 years, I have built my law firm with one goal in mind: To protect the the rights of the criminally accused in State and Federal Courts throughout the State of Oregon by providing the highest quality of criminal defense services to all of my clients.

I intentionally keep my law practice devoted exclusively to representing criminal defendants; this allows me to focus my efforts on every aspect of Oregon criminal law, I have defended in over 1500 trials; I keep current on all criminal procedures, court rulings, case law, and evidentiary issues.

I strongly believe that providing exceptional service as a criminal defense attorney is much more than just being a quality trial attorney. Unfortunately in today's world, people who are charged with crimes often need alcohol or substance abuse treatment and/or mental and emotional counseling. I help guide my clients into appropriate evaluations before these are ordered by the court. By doing so early, I can often achieve a better result for your case and you will be on a path to a better future. We must work together as a team; striving to lessen the impact of these criminal charges and helping to get your life back on track.

I represent people on all types of criminal charges, ranging from Driving Under the influence (DUII, DUI} and related Driving offenses, to all complex felonies such as Assaults, Domestic Violence, Sexual Abuse, Rape, Manslaughter, Robbery, Theft, etc...

My father, Roger Reid, began his career as a criminal defense trial attorney in 1962, and he continues to practice law in the Reid Building in Albany, Oregon. As a child I often watched him in court and I knew from an early age that I wanted to be a trial attorney.

When I'm not working at my law firm, I enjoy hunting, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, and training as a long distance marathon runner.
