Nicholas Giove is an associate in the New York office of Frommer Lawrence & Haug LLP.
Mr. Giove’s practice concentrates on all aspects of intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, copyright and unfair competition, with a focus on pharmaceutical patent litigation arising under the Hatch-Waxman Amendments to the Federal Food, Drug & Cosmetic Act. He also has experience in antitrust and consumer protection law, including governmental investigations arising out of the settlement of pharmaceutical patent cases. Nicholas is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Mr. Giove graduated cum laude from Georgetown University with a B.S. in Chemistry and a minor in Mathematics. He received his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law with a concentration in Intellectual Property and Communications Law. During law school, Nicholas served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Magistrate Judge William D. Wall of the Eastern District of New York. Following law school, he earned an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
