He concentrates on M&A and private and public securities offerings. His clients are corporations from a wide range of industries including software, internet security, semiconductor, wireless and mobile, information technologies, life sciences, and entertainment. In addition to his U.S. corporate and securities practice, Khoa represents several companies in Asia, with a particular interest in Vietnam.
