Janine Gismondi is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and received her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania. After her 1979 admission to the Pennsylvania Bar, Ms. Gismondi practiced with the U.S. Labor Department's Solicitor's Office in Philadelphia. She has served as an instructor for the American Law Institute and is a member of the Centre County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. Ms. Gismondi is a certified federal mediator and a court-appointed member of the Lawyer's Advisory Committee for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. She serves as President of the Wilkinson-Campbell chapter of the American Inn of Court, a group dedicated to promoting professionalism and collegiality among attorneys. Ms. Gismondi is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
