Mr. Doan is an associate in the Litigation/Controversy Department. He joined the firm in 2011.
Past Experience
Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Doan was a summer associate for Bancroft Associates, PLLC. While there, he assisted attorneys in petitioning the Supreme Court of the United States for rehearing, and served as a research assistant where he analyzed and synthesized Supreme Court decisions with national security implications.
After receiving his bachelor degrees from the University of California, Berkeley, Mr. Doan worked as a litigation paralegal with Fenwick & West, LLP. As a paralegal, he led the team through a three week patent litigation trial, providing attorneys with in-court support, maintenance of witness and trial binders and exhibits, and document collections and productions.
