Reichenberger, Melanie J.

Melanie Reichenberger is a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group, where she practices intellectual property law with an emphasis on patent litigation. Ms. Reichenberger also has experience with litigation related to trademarks, trade dress, unfair competition, false advertising, and trade secrets. Ms. Reichenberger is involved in all phases of litigation and trial preparation, including preparing briefs and legal memoranda, conducting legal research, working with expert witnesses, and handling discovery matters.

In addition to intellectual property litigation, Ms. Reichenberger also has experience counseling clients with respect to patents, conducting analyses related to patentability, patent infringement, and patent validity, and working on related opinion matters.

Ms. Reichenberger received her undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University and graduated from the University of Iowa College of Law. While attending law school at the University of Iowa, Ms. Reichenberger served as Editor in Chief of The Journal of Corporation Law and participated in the Van Oosterhout Moot Court Competition.
