Regas, Michael G.

Stephen Dittlinger has been an active trial lawyer for more than 30 years focusing on civil litigation. Mr. Dittlinger currently maintains a diversified commercial litigation practice throughout South Texas. He primarily represents various business entities engaged in transportation, construction and professional services, insurance companies along with their insured's and financial institutions in state, federal and bankruptcy courts. He also represents creditors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings - including adversary claims. Over the course of his career, Mr. Dittlinger has tried more than 75 civil cases to a jury verdict in a variety of matters including personal injury, employment and commercial disputes.

In 1974, Mr. Dittlinger graduated with honors from the University of Texas in Austin. He obtained his J.D. with distinction from St. Mary's University School of Law in 1977. Mr. Dittlinger has maintained an AV Preeminent Rating with Martindale--Hubbell for the past 18 years.
