Lyman Dillon served with Hansell & Post from 1970 until joining Jones Day in 1989 as a Partner. He served as head of the litigation group at Hansell & Post and in the Atlanta Office of Jones Day. In 1997, after being diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease, he became a consultant to the Firm on trial law. Lyman has worked extensively in general litigation, with particular emphasis on product liability, trade secret, employment discrimination, and complex general business litigation for several Fortune 500 companies. He has been involved in cases before United States Courts of Appeals and District Courts as well as before the courts of several states. Lyman also has handled sophisticated general business litigation for non-U.S. clients based in Switzerland and the Netherlands.
He is a member of the ABA, the State Bar of Georgia, and the Atlanta Bar Association.
