Ms. Gill’s practice is centered on general civil litigation and employment law. She has participated in a wide variety of cases, involving family law, elder law, real estate, immigration law, absolute and qualified immunity of state and local government employees, medical malpractice, the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, and the Federal Tort Claims Act. In addition to experience in drafting pleadings, motions, proposed orders, and appellate briefs, she has also prepared contracts and estate planning documents. She has tried over 200 cases in city and town courts.She is admitted to practice before all New York state courts and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.
