A native of Richmond, Chris attended the University of Virginia where he majored in Economics and History. After graduation, Chris taught various subjects at Gifft Hill High School (f/k/a the Saint John School) in St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands, including literature, government and economics. Afterwards, he graduated from the George Mason University School of Law, where he was awarded a law school fellowship for his academic excellence.
Chris is currently licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia, and continues to tutor middle-school and high-school students on the weekends.
