Raymond, Bruce H.

Michael Gianelli is senior counsel at Gianelli & Associates whose practice areas include estate planning, trusts, complex litigation, litigation and appeals, business and commercial law and mediation. Mike is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law with the California Board of Legal Specialization and has workshop training in mediation and served as a neutral on several successful mediations.

Mike attended the University of California, Irvine where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1973 and later attended the University of Pacific McGeorge School of Law where he attained his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1976.

Mike is a current director and incoming president of the Stanislaus Community Foundation and on its finance and grant committees; member of the Board of Directors of the Great Valley Academy Charter School; Member of the Legacy Committee of Sierra Vista and a soccer coach.

His past memberships include service as a director and past president of Great Valley Museum and the Modesto Junior College Foundation; member of the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and Vice Chair of Economic Development and Transportation; Modesto Rotarian; member of Memorial Foundation Board of Directors and Muir Trail Girl Scout Association; member of oversight committee for Measure E funds at Modesto Junior College; and instructor of Business Law and community education classes at Modesto Junior College.

Mike enjoys writing, traveling, hiking, kayaking, golf, tennis and spending time with his grandchildren.
