Will Rava, a partner in the firm's Seattle office, focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation, securities and corporate governance litigation, general commercial litigation and election law. He has extensive experience counseling clients on intellectual property protection strategies, including policing, investigating and enforcing rights in trademarks, copyrighted works and domain names. Will has successfully litigated intellectual property disputes in federal courts, before administrative bodies and in arbitration proceedings. He also has deep experience in corporate governance litigation and specifically in defending corporations and directors in shareholder derivative actions. Will devotes a significant portion of his practice to public law, including counseling campaigns and political parties on election laws, litigating First Amendment issues and promoting and participating in pro bono representations on a wide variety of topics.
