Amy Gerbick practices in the areas of deferred compensation and employee benefits. She has experience in drafting and amending qualified retirement, savings, deferred compensation, and welfare benefit plans as well as advising clients with regard to administration and compliance of such plans in accordance with the Internal Revenue Code and ERISA.

In addition, Amy has frequent involvement in drafting employment agreements and equity incentive arrangements in connection with corporate acquisitions, dispositions, and mergers.

Amy is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
