Mr. Deschler is a partner and member of the firm's Transactional Group and Office Managing Partner for the Manitowoc Office. Mr. Deschler concentrates his practice on the representation of both public and closely-held businesses in a wide variety of areas. Mr. Deschler has extensive experience in the commercial contract area, in the valuation, acquisition and sale of businesses, and in counseling business owners and boards of directors on a wide array of ongoing business matters. In addition, Mr. Deschler has extensive experience in the estate and wealth planning area representing individuals and business owners in various complex estate and succession planning matters.
