Meredith Deutsch practices in the areas of securities and general corporate laws and has represented issuers, underwriters, and other investors in private placements of debt and equity securities, initial public offerings, exchange offers, tender offers, restructurings, and other complex transactions. She also has significant experience in advising clients with corporate governance, disclosure, and fiduciary issues. Meredith also assists public companies with periodic reporting obligations and other general securities compliance issues and advises on the securities aspects of public and private M&A transactions.
