Crystal is from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and has been with the firm since 2008. Crystal received a B.A. from Luther College in 2005, studying political science, psychology, and Spanish. She obtained her law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2008, and while in law school she participated in moot court and was a writer for the Journal of Gender, Race, and Justice. Crystal is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association and the Johnson County Bar Association, and has been admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa.
