Robert is a Partner with the firm and is the supervising attorney for the firm's three Austin-area offices. Since becoming licensed in 2001, Robert has personally handled hundreds of personal injury cases. His areas of experience involve all types of motor vehicle collisions including motorcycle and 18 wheeler trucking cases, wrongful death, premises defects (slip/trip and fall), dram shop, on the job injuries and negligent security that results injury.

Born and raised in the small college town of Orono, Maine, Robert obtained his B.A. in Music (English minor) at Dartmouth College in Hanover, N.H. He came to Austin in 1993 to pursue a master's degree in Ethnomusicology at the University of Texas. Following his time at U.T., Robert began law school at the University of Maine School of Law and finished back at The University of Texas Law School in 2000, completing his J.D. in just five semesters. While in law school, Robert clerked for the Hon. Jon D. Levy, now a justice on the Maine Supreme Court.

Robert is proud of his work as a personal injury litigator. Working for people in need comports with his beliefs and desire to help people. Robert has three wonderful children: Eric, Tori and Kasey.  His hobbies include playing piano, sports, and trying to beat his kids at video games.
