Sara Raisner is an associate in the Securities Department, and a member of the Securities Litigation and Enforcement Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2009.

Past Experience

During law school, Ms. Raisner was a summer associate at WilmerHale, where she worked on matters including securities and intellectual property litigation. She also was a summer associate at a lobbying firm in Washington DC, where she researched and lobbied for several major clients. Prior to beginning her legal studies, Ms. Raisner was a paralegal at a New York City employment law firm where she worked on several class-action litigation matters. She also interned for the Senate Minority Leadership Steering and Outreach Committee in Washington DC, at the office of Congressman Anthony Weiner in Washington DC, and in Justice Martin E. Ritholz's chambers at the New York State Supreme Court in Queens County.
