Workers' Compensation Department. Practice involves representation of employers, self-insured companies, third party administrators, and insurance carriers in workers' compensation, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and Family and Medical Leave Act. He also conducts training sessions on workers' compensation, ADA , and FMLA issues.
