Randall Gause was born in Elk City, Oklahoma. He pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of Oklahoma and graduated in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences degree in Pre-law/Political Science. He then attended the University of Oklahoma, College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1990.
