Brian Dell has more than 35 years of experience as a lawyer in criminal defense, civil rights, constitutional law, personal injury, domestic matters, consumer law, and business and administrative issues. In addition to his practice in the state courts of Oklahoma and Texas and the Federal Courts, Brian has appeared pro hac vice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the Los Angeles County Superior Court, joining in cases with his son, Louis P. Brian is a Certified Public Accountant (Oklahoma), and practiced accounting with Deloitte, Haskins and Sells in Tulsa, and KPMG in Oklahoma City —two of the Big Four international accounting firms — before going to law school. Brian taught undergraduate and graduate accounting and finance as an Assistant Professor at Oklahoma City University from 1975 to 1980, in addition to his law and accounting practices.
Brian served in the U.S Army in the Intelligence and Security (AIS) branch in the Far East and Continental U.S.as a translator/interpreter of Chinese Mandarin.
Brian is married to Ann Dell, Ph.D., a biochemist, teacher and scientist, and they have three children: Vickie, a CPA; Louis, a lawyer; and, Sarah, an officer with the U.S. State Department.
