Mr. Gaughan enjoys a diverse law practice that allows him to assist individuals, businesses, and local governments through a wide range of legal issues. Mr. Gaughan represents individuals in employment-related disputes, with particular expertise in the area of invasion of privacy law. Mr. Gaughan also represents individuals and businesses in a variety of premises liability and personal injury matters. In addition, Mr. Gaughan serves as a City Attorney for several Ramsey County municipalities in both the civil counsel and criminal prosecution contexts. Mr. Gaughan graduated cum laude from Hamline University School of Law in 2002. He has been recognized as a SuperLawyers "Rising Star" in 2009, 2010, and 2011.
