Lisa R. Radetsky joined Rosenberg & Estis in 2008. She is a member of the Transactions and Leasing Group. Ms. Radetsky focuses on the representation of developers in acquiring, financing, constructing and converting properties to condominium or cooperative ownership. Her practice includes the preparation and drafting of cooperative and condominium offering plans for vacant and occupied residential properties and mixed-use projects and the registration of such offering plans with government authorities. Ms. Radetsky's plans for the conversion of rental buildings include the Nolita Place Condominium at 199 Bowery, the 30 East 37th Street Condominium, the 22 Riverside Drive Condominium and the condominiums located at 30 East 37th Street and 235 West 71st Street, New York, NY. She also prepared the offering plans for The Sweeney Building at 30 Main Street and the 70 Washington Street Condominium in DUMBO in Brooklyn, New York. Her recent projects include the 471 Washington Street Condominium and the One North Moore Condominium in Tribeca. She is also experienced in the preparation of applications to secure "No Action Letters" to convert properties to condominium ownership in instances where an offering plan is not required and is interested in the application of the Condominium Act to achieve other objectives for her clients. In addition, she represents the boards of condominium and cooperatives in a broad range of matters.
Ms. Radetsky's experience includes representing various parties in transactional matters including sales and acquisitions, lending including mortgage and construction loan financing and mezzanine lending and leasing. Ms. Radetsky is also experienced in the preparation of operating agreements creating ownership structures to achieve the objectives of her clients.
Prior to joining Rosenberg & Estis, Ms. Radetsky was a partner at Goldberg Weprin & Ustin LLP. Previously, Ms. Radetsky was associated with Lowenthal Landau Fischer & Bring, P.C. which became Wolf, Block, Schor & Solis-Cohen, LLP (now Cozen & O'Conner, LLP). Ms. Radetsky is a member of the Condominium and Cooperative Committee, Real Property Law Section of the New York State Bar Association.
