Randi Geffner is a senior associate attorney at Wasserman, Comden, Cassleman & Esensten, LLP, who focuses her practice on all types of civil litigation, including business matters, real estate disputes, entertainment matters and tort cases. She has represented individuals as well as local, national and international businesses in corporate and complex business matters, both from a transactional perspective and in the litigation context. Ms. Geffner also has experience with litigation in the Bankruptcy forum and has substantial appellate experience in both California and Federal venues.
Ms. Geffner is an elected member of the Board of Trustees of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association and is admitted to practice before all State, Federal and Bankruptcy Courts in the State of California as well as the United States Supreme Court. At WCC&E, Ms. Geffner has chaired the Associates Committee and the Management Committee, and has organized multiple community service events including the sponsorship of Northridge Academy High School by the firm, partner and associate participation in the high school Law Post project, and participation in local charitable events including the annual AIDS Walk.
Ms. Geffner is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley (B.A. in Psychology, 1981); and second generation graduate of Southwestern University School of Law (Juris Doctor, 1984). Prior to joining WCC&E in 2008, she ran a successful boutique litigation practice, was associated with a thriving real estate litigation practice, and was in house counsel for a start up company. When not representing her clients at WCC&E, Ms. Geffner enjoys spending time with her family, baking cupcakes, distance running and cheering on the Los Angeles Clippers.
