Shaun is an associate in the firm's litigation section. He is licensed to practice before all Texas State Courts as well as all state Courts in New Mexico.
AREAS OF CONCENTRATION
Personal Injury and Insurance Defense
Shaun devotes a significant portion of his time working on personal injury and insurance defense cases. He works with various insurance companies and their insureds with regard to discovery issues and claims investigation.
General Civil Litigation
Shaun also works on various litigation issues such as oil and gas litigation in addition to other general civil litigation cases. Shaun also works on a number of private and public employment disputes, civil rights claims as well as defending government entities.
Commercial Litigation
Shaun has represented various companies in litigating commercial and contractual disputes including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, commercial torts, fraud and collection matters.
