Tom is the firm's managing partner. Born in Lynn, Massachusetts, and admitted to the New York bar in 1973, Tom began his legal career in the Manhattan District Attorney's Office under the venerable Robert Morgenthau, where he was Senior Trial Counsel and the youngest Bureau Chief in the modern history of the office. In 1979, after the daughter of famous fashion designer Calvin Klein was kidnapped, Tom prosecuted the highly publicized case to trial and conviction. After nine years, Tom returned to his roots and his family's law firm. An avid baseball enthusiast, Tom has represented major league baseball players such as Steve Lyons, Mike Magnante and Oil Can Boyd. Tom lives on the North Shore with his wife Debbie and has three children, Joanna, Dean and Rob.
