Vassiliki Gatzigianni was born in Germany in 1969. She is a graduate of the Law School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with postgraduate studies in European Law at the University of Hannover. She was admitted to the Thessaloniki Bar Association in 1994 and has worked ever since as an attorney specialized in matters of commercial law, with extensive experience in due diligence, mergers and acquisitions and all types of commercial contracts. She has worked with the Centre of International and European Economic Law in Thessaloniki and serves on the Board of Directors of various corporations.
