Eric DeJong, a partner in the firmâs Business practice, focuses his practice on corporate finance, securities regulation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and emerging companies. He represents public companies, such as Emeritus Corporation, Cardiac Science Corporation and HouseValues, Inc., in SEC reporting, corporate governance and other corporate matters. Previously, he worked with AT&T Wireless, Shurgard Storage Centers, Quinton Cardiology Systems and Interlinq Software prior to their respective sales or mergers. Eric is invited regularly to speak and write on corporate governance and corporate finance issues.
