Rabin, H. Mark

Mr. Radke received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University in 1975. He graduated from law school cum laude in may of 1978. While attending the University of Detroit School of Law, Mr. Radke served as a law clerk for the United States Attorney for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. For several years after law school, he represented clients in matters of personal injury, commercial litigation, domestic relations, criminal, probate, real estate and small business transactions.

Mr. Radke joined Kluczynski, Girtz & Vogelzang in 1982. He specializes in defense litigation in the areas of premises liability, products liability, toxic tort, dram shop, auto negligence, construction litigation and general personal injury defense. He also provides clients with expertise in resolving personal and commercial insurance coverage disputes.
