JOSEPH D. DESANTO
Attorney Joseph DeSanto has been licensed to practice law for over 40 years. He is also an accountant having spent approximately 31 years with the Internal Revenue Service prior to beginning the practice of law. His primary focus is on estate and tax issues. As it relates to divorce cases, Attorney Joseph DeSanto is often consulted to provide tax information in conjunction with the valuation of business enterprises, business assets, division of assets and spousal support issues. Attorney DeSanto is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Mahoning County Bar Association. He served as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Mahoning County Bar Association for nearly twenty years.
