Born in San Francisco and raised in American Fork, Utah, Mr. Gardner received his bachelor of arts degree in political science from Brigham Young University. Mr. Gardner received his juris doctor degree from George Washington University Law School. While in law school, he was a member of the Moot Court Board and an intern for the Honorable Lynn W. Davis in Utah's Fourth District Court. Mr. Gardner is the co-author of "Justicia Para Todos - Ensuring Due Process for Linguistic Minorities," Utah Bar Journal. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
Mr. Gardner has been named by Texas Super Lawyers magazine as one of the top attorneys in Texas for 2004, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010. Mr. Gardner was also named one of "The Best Lawyers Under 40 in Dallas" by D Magazine in 2005 and 2006. Mr. Gardner was named a "Rising Star" by Texas Super Lawyers in 2004.
