Biography
Jose Garay graduated from Stanford University in 1989. He received his Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University in 1998 and was admitted to the California Bar the following year. Mr. Garay’s firm has practiced in all aspects of employment litigation. Since 2001, Mr. Garay has focused in wage-and-hour class actions. He is responsible for litigating cases in both superior and district courts. His responsibilities in the firm are to administer and manage the most complex litigation matters in-house and through association with other premier firms in California. Mr. Garay is also a contributor to the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association publication, The Gavel, on class action issues (i.e., May 10, 2004 article, Proving Up Wage & Hour Class Actions Post Parris: A Practical Solution).
