Justin M. DeLaune joined the Smith Law Firm in October 2011 as a law clerk for Mr. J. Arthur Smith, III. Mr. DeLaune joined the firm as an associate upon graduation from the Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where he received his juris doctor degree. While attending law school, Mr. DeLaune worked as a research assistant for Professor Craig Senn and participated in the Stuart H. Smith Wage Claim Clinic where he represented employees who had been wrongfully terminated and/or had their wages wrongfully withheld.
