I am an established attorney located in Red Bank, (Central) New Jersey. I am a New Jersey native, raised in Monmouth County. I attended Boston College, graduated cum laude in 1999 with a degree in Political Science and Communications. Prior to attending law school, I worked in the field of broadcast journalism at both NBC News in New York and CBS News in Boston, MA.
In 2005, I graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law. While at Seton Hall, I served on the Moot Court Board and the Women's Law Forum. I was the recipient of the Best Brief Award in the Gressman Moot Court Competition and named Best Oralist in the Appellate Advocacy class. Following graduation, I had a summer internship in 2004 with the Federal Public Defenders Office; in 2005-2006 I clerked for the Honorable Francis P. DeStefano, Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth County. I also served as a law clerk in the Appellate Section of the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office in 2007. In 2010 I served as a per diem attorney at the Office of the Public Defender, arguing cases on behalf of juvenile defendants.
In private practice, I focus on Criminal Law matters (including but not limited to juvenile offense, Assault & related offenses, Drug Violations, Expungements, Sex Crimes, DUI/DWI, etc…), Municipal matters as well as Estate and Trust matters. Further, I handle matters in Small Claims Court, as well as Landlord/Tenant Court. I am a local Red Bank attorney who strongly advocates on behalf of my clients. I understands that the legal process can be a stressful experience and attempt to alleviate that burden.
