Mark S. Prusynski joined Moffatt Thomas in 1978 as a tax and estate planning attorney, but soon began concentrating on civil litigation. He focuses on personal injury defense and also handles cases in the areas of coverage disputes, legal malpractice, automobile accidents, construction defects, products liability, and real estate. Mr. Prusynski has represented clients in over 40 court and jury trials and many more mediations and arbitrations. He has appeared before the Idaho appellate courts on more than 20 cases involving each of his practice areas. He is a frequent lecturer on litigation, trial practice, and insurance.
Mr. Prusynski was admitted to the Supreme Court of the State of Iowa, Supreme Court of the State of Idaho, United States District Court for the District of Idaho, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is a member of the American Bar Association Litigation and Tort and Insurance Practice Sections and the Idaho State Bar Litigation Section. He also holds memberships in the Fourth District Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, Boise Insurance Adjusters Association, International Association of Defense Counsel, and Idaho Association of Defense Counsel, serving as president in 1996 97.
Mr. Prusynski received his undergraduate degree from Kansas State University, cum laude, and his law degree from the University of Iowa School of Law in 1978.
