Proctor, Wyley Sayre

Wyley Proctor is a senior associate in the firm's Litigation/Controversy Department, and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2006.

Practice

While in law school, Ms. Proctor interned with the Office of the Attorney General of Massachusetts, where she conducted extensive research and drafted memoranda on health-related issues, as well as investigated claims of Medicaid fraud, embezzlement and patient abuse with the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit.
