I graduated from Widener University School of Law in 1999 and was admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania later that year. I earned my Master of Laws in Taxation from Temple University in 2002.
My father, Carl, and I created Price & Price, LLC, in January 2000 and we have been practicing together ever since. Our firm focuses exclusively on elder law issues including asset protection planning, estate planning, probate and estate administration, Medicaid applications, guardianship issues and special needs planning.
Practicing elder law is extremely rewarding. I have been fortunate to help many extraordinary people during my years as an elder law attorney. From people who lived through the depression to those who served our country during World War II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War. I've met people who earned very little but saved a whole lot and others who are rich and famous. And, the backbone of my clientele is hardworking people who have worked hard for their entire adult lives, raised children, enjoy their grandchildren and want to make sure their family benefits from their efforts. What everyone has in common is that they all bring a unique set of circumstances that require me to use my experience to help them to navigate whatever issues they might be dealing with. The reward of knowing we can provide certainty for our clients during a difficult time is something that I cherish.
I live in Haddonfield with my beautiful wife and three extremely active children. In my free time I coach three soccer teams (one for each child) and play the guitar (not very well). I am an avid sports fan and passionately root for every Philadelphia sports team and the Tottenham Hotspur in the English Premier Soccer League. I am very lucky to have the opportunity to practice law with my father and look forward to working with him and everyone else at Price and Price every day.
