Breyon J. Davis received two Bachelor of Arts Degrees from The University of Washington in 2002, one in Political Science and the other in Drama. Ms. Davis received a Master of Arts in Political Science from California State University in Los Angeles in 2004 and thereafter received her Juris Doctorate in 2007 from Southwestern Law School. Ms. Davis is a regional and national moot court and mock trial award winner which set the foreground for her vigorous litigation practice.

Ms. Davis gained her civil litigation experience in the private sector in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles and Sacramento by working in both plaintiff and defense firms. As a result of her aggressive litigation skills, Ms. Davis secured six figure settlements and/or judgments within her first year of practice. What Ms. Davis brings to the table of litigation is unique since very few attorneys have had the opportunity to work, learn and build their skills in multiple key and coveted legal environments.

Ms. Davis' strong advocacy skills are partially credited to her experience with the Office of the District Attorney in both Los Angeles and Sacramento Counties where she worked as a certified legal intern and legal research assistant. Ms. Davis served as an extern to the Honorable Michael E. Pastor of the Los Angeles County Superior Court where understanding the extreme importance of effective communication and presentation of legal arguments to the court was tantamount to her position.

Ms. Davis opened her sole practice in August of 2010 where she prides in excellent client communication and satisfaction in the areas of small business and corporate litigation involving partnership and shareholder disputes, director and officer liability, unfair competition and embezzlement. A portion of Ms. Davis’ practice is also devoted to landlord tenant issues and breach of contract litigation.

When Ms. Davis is not engrossed in meeting the needs of her clients, she enjoys running the downtown streets of Sacramento, playing with her basenji-mix puppy Harvard, shopping for BCBG attire from head to toe and catching an episode of Bones, House or Project Runway…………when time permits.
