Suzanne R. Gaidoo, a life-long resident of the Indianapolis area, focuses her practice in four different areas. First, Ms. Gaidoo represents non-profit organizations ranging from start-up entities to well established organizations. Ms. Gaidoo is specialized in representing the various needs of non-profit organizations and currently serves as General Counsel to numerous organizations. Ms. Gaidoo counsels clients with advice and assistance in all aspects of non-profit law, including incorporation of non-profit entities, applications for recognition of exemption, governance, corporate compliance and other regulatory matters. Ms. Gaidoo has successfully defended non-profit organizations in front of federal agencies. Second, Ms. Gaidoo represents foreign nationals in various immigration related proceedings. Ms. Gaidoo has particular experience in the area of immigration consequences stemming from criminal convictions. Ms. Gaidoo also regularly practices in the field of general civil litigation. She has represented businesses in a variety of commercial disputes, insurance companies regarding exposure to toxic torts and people with catastrophic injuries. Lastly, Ms. Gaidoo practices in the area of health care. She has represented community based health care providers, primary health care associations, private physicians and specialized physician groups.
