David J. Fudala was born in Eltham, Virginia, November 28, 1950. He is a 1973 graduate of Randolph Macon College and a 1979 graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law. He is also a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He is admitted to the Virginia Bar and the District of Columbia Bar.
Mr. Fudala is a Member of the Fairfax Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Virginia State Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys, and is an associate Member of the Local Government Attorney's of Virginia. He has also received Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating of AV and is Board Certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
Mr. Fudala has extensive experience in civil and criminal litigation. Since 1987, Mr. Fudala has devoted his practice exclusively to civil litigation, concentrating in personal injury, contracts and commercial litigation, insurance law, medical malpractice, civil rights, employment law, and complex and general civil litigation, in both the federal and state courts. Mr. Fudala represents both plaintiffs and defendants. He has served as outside and conflicts counsel for Fairfax County since 1985 and is an approved defense counsel for the Virginia Attorney General's Office and Division of Risk Management, representing local government officials and constitutional officers on civil rights, employment, and other claims.
