Adam C. Dauro is an Associate of Heard Ary, LLC.  He has experience representing small businesses and individuals in a variety of matters, including business contracts, commercial litigation, corporate formation and dissolution, asset transfers, landlord and tenant disputes, and debt negotiation.  Mr. Dauro has also represented a variety of clients in Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 bankruptcy cases.

 

Mr. Dauro was born in Huntsville, Alabama, and graduated from Hazel Green High School in 2002.  He graduated cum laude from Samford University in 2006, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with Honors.  He received his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2009.  He was a founding member of the Alabama Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Law Review.
