Gary G. Fuchs is an attorney with Hammargren & Meyer, P.A. During his more than 30 years as an attorney, Gary has represented business owners and buyers, sellers, developers and contractors in a wide variety of real estate and construction related matters, including contract review, property development, acquisition and sale of property and businesses, condemnation, easements, mechanics liens, and special assessment appeals.

Gary is an experienced litigator with extensive court and jury trial experience in state and U.S. federal court and has served as an arbitrator and mediator in numerous construction defect and contract disputes. He has presented seminars on mechanics liens and real property/insurance topics. Gary has been recognized on the Minnesota Super Lawyers® list from 2006 through 2011. 

Gary is a Minnesota State Bar Association (MSBA) Board Certified Real Property Law Specialist, is listed on the Minnesota Supreme Court’s Rule 114 Qualified Neutrals list and serves as an arbitrator for the National Center for Dispute Services.
