Michael Dallal’s practice focuses on intellectual property. He has worked in all areas of intellectual property law and has worked with all manner of science and technology. Mr. Dallal has drafted and revised numerous agreements protecting and licensing technology rights. He has also advised on patentability and the freedom to release new products. He prosecuted several patent and trademark applications and has developed programs to ease verification of U.S. Patent and Trademark Office calculations. He has also been involved at all stages of intellectual property litigation, contributing to several high-value lawsuits. He has been published as well, having written several articles analyzing current issues in intellectual property law.
