Mr. Fridkin provides counsel to clients regarding land use, municipal finance and condemnation issues.  Through his practice, Mr. Fridkin has appeared before local city councils, planning commissions and other governmental bodies associated with land use and economic development.

Mr. Fridkin is a business litigator with a background in general commercial and construction litigation.  He has represented clients nationwide regarding building envelope litigation. Mr. Fridkin has also served as Commissioner for the 16th Judicial Circuit for the State of Missouri in condemnation litigation.
