Mr. Freeman has 18 years of experience in all four corners of employment-related disputes, including wage and hour, unfair competition, trade secrets, employee benefits, all forms of discrimination and harassment, traditional labor law, FMLA, defamation, and privacy rights.
In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Freeman provides day-to-day counsel, strategic advice, and compliance guidance in all areas of employment law.

Prior to joining Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs, LLP, Mr. Freeman was a Shareholder at the national labor and employment firm Littler Mendelson, P.C. and prior to that a Partner at the labor and employment firm Duvin, Cahn & Hutton.
Arbitrator for the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas (1997-Present).
