Samir Dahman founded Dahman Law after practicing for years at Ohio's largest law firms. His practice includes commercial litigation, business law, employment, and estate planning.

Samir's business background has given him the ability to provide practical solutions to legal problems and manage cases in a cost-efficient manner. His sincerity and willingness to handle a variety of legal work make him a pleasure to work with.

Since 2011, Samir has been selected as a Rising Star by Ohio Super Lawyer magazine, a distinction reserved for the top 2.5 percent of lawyers in Ohio who are younger than 41 or have been practicing for less than ten years. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio, and all Ohio state courts. During law school, he clerked for Magistrate Judge Abel of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Before law school, he was a research and marketing analyst in Taipei, Taiwan.

Representative Matters:

• Obtained complete return of investor's equity in excess of $190,000 in closely held investment partnership dispute where the general partner attempted to abscond with investor's funds.
• Achieved dismissal of plaintiffs' claims against property manager and landlord for more than $25,000 in damages stemming from dog bite on leased premises following motion for summary judgment.
• Organized, merged, acquired, restructured, and divested dozens of privately-held companies in the technology, outsourcing, marketing, medical, manufacturing, and exterior services industries.
• Serves as outside general counsel to a number of companies, from startup marketing businesses to international software companies.
• Successfully conducted numerous trials in Franklin County and argued at hearings throughout Ohio on behalf of consumer lending client, resulting in 30+ favorable judgments.
• Obtained permanent injunction, $37,500 in damages, and $16,733 in attorneys’ fees and costs on behalf of national insurance company against trademark infringer in Federal court.
• Argued and successfully obtained and defended several temporary restraining orders in business cases before the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas.
