Wesley K. Polischuk graduated cum laude from the University of California, San Diego in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with Department Honors in Economics with Distinction. Mr. Polischuk went on to attend California Western School of Law in San Diego, California whereupon he graduated cum laude in 2007. While in law school, Mr. Polischuk received an Academic Achievement Award (highest grade in the class) in Negotiation. In addition, he was a California Western Trustees Scholar and was on the Dean's List. Mr. Polischuk volunteered as a mediator in the Advanced Mediation Program at California Western that provided conflict resolution services to residents in Juvenile Hall facilities.
Prior to joining Robinson Calcagnie Robinson Shapiro Davis, Inc. in 2008, Mr. Polischuk began his legal career as a law clerk at the Law Office of Peter M. Polischuk and the Dreher Law Firm in San Diego, California where he focused on investment and securities fraud, stockbroker negligence, and consumer-based class actions.
Mr. Polischuk is currently working on cases involving products liability and mass tort litigation. Mr. Polischuk is admitted to the California Bar and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Southern District of California. He is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC) and Orange County Trial Lawyers' Association (OCTLA).
